Four-Cheese Football 2 cups grated Cabot Cheddar (about 8 ounces), at room temperature 1 cup grated provolone cheese, at room temperature 1 cup Cabot Cottage Cheese 1 cup crabmeat 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning 1 teaspoon prepared mustard Paprika Thin pretzel sticks 1. In food processor, combine all ingredients except paprika and pretzel sticks; process until well combined. (Alternatively, place in large bowl and beat with electric mixer.) 2. Wrap mixture in plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours, or until firm. 3. Transfer mixture to serving dish and press into football shape. Sprinkle top with paprika. Arrange pretzels to form “laces”. 4. Let stand for about 20 minutes to soften slightly. Serve with assorted crackers. Nutrition Analysis
