TURN UP THE HEAT WITH NEW CABOT CHIPOTLE CHEDDAR

Montpelier, Vermont - Drawing heavily on south of the border flavors, ingredients and inspiration, Cabot Cheese introduces Chipotle Cheddar. This newest addition to Cabot’s family of award winning flavored cheddars combines the heat of red Morita jalapeno chilies with farm-fresh, Green Mountain cheddar cheese to create a taste that is tantalizingly smoky with a slightly spicy kick.

“We continually strive to find new flavors that complement our naturally aged, Vermont cheddar, and we’re proud of this newest addition,” said Cabot CEO and President, Rich Stammer. “Our flavored cheddars have been honored as “Best Flavored Cheese” in both World and U.S. competitions, and we’re proud of this newest addition.”

The Chipotle Cheddar will be distributed nationally and is available in random weight sizes including deli bars (at 12-lbs/case), prints and blocks.
