TWO NEW CABOT FLAVORED CHEDDARS:
Root, Root, Root for HORSERADISH Cheddar and Have a Slice of PIZZA Cheddar



Cabot, VT - Cabot’s blue ribbon cheesemakers have done it again! Drawing inspiration from the hearth as well as the garden, Cabot introduces two new flavors; Pizza Cheddar and Horseradish Cheddar to its line-up of award-winning flavored cheddars.

Cabot Pizza Cheddar kneads the tastes of Italy - pepperoni, red tomato, Parmesan and Old World spices – with the natural goodness of Vermont Cheddar. The result is a flavor you’ll flip over. Think of it as pizza without the crust!

Looking for heat and the perennial pungency of a popular flavor? Then all routes lead to Cabot Horseradish Cheddar. Ground horseradish adds the bite while Aged Cheddar Cheese provides the sharpness. In the process, it’s the taste buds that win!

These new Cabot flavored cheddars lend themselves to snacking as well as to slicing, crumbling onto salads or shredding into favorite recipes. Pizza Cheddar and Horseradish Cheddar will be distributed nationally and are available in random weight sizes including deli bars (at 12-lbs/case), prints and blocks. Pizza Cheddar and Horseradish Cheddar join Cabot’s award-winning line of flavored cheddars, which includes favorites such as Sun-dried Tomato Basil, Five Peppercorn, Roasted Garlic, Habanero, Garlic & Herb, Smoked, Onion & Chive, Salsa and Mediterranean Cheddars.

Cabot Creamery Cooperative has been in continuous operation in Vermont since 1919 and makes a full line of cheeses, yogurt, sour cream, cottage cheese and butter.
