This one thousand acre farm has long been a leader in innovation and quality in the dairy industry. Utilizing two merry-go-round De Laval parlors, the farm milks 860 cows three times daily, around the clock. The smaller of the two parlors, from New Zealand, was installed in 1974 and handles 14 cows. The larger, began service in 1994 and services 28 cows. The platforms turn slowly, allowing constant renewal of vacated stalls, as each animal is loaded, milked and leaves during one cycle of the huge facilities.

The next generation of leadership is secure at Woody Hill, with Jennifer and Mark Cary. Jennifer and Mark graduated from high school here, before university and marriage Both are 'Young Agrimark Corporaters' and are graduates of Cornell with degrees in dairy science. . Their infant daughter, Taylor Olivia, is already showing signs of enthusiasm for all things dairy on this award-winning farm.
